When do I have to pay for Total Support?
It must be paid for in advance.
Is it unlimited support?
Yes – completely. Provided that the item or site to be supported is on the contract
How can I pay?
We issue an invoice and you can pay with cheque, direct deposit or credit card.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not if you don’t want to, we also have month to month plans.
What extra costs are there?
As it’s designed for the support and management of your existing network, the only additional costs are for new setups and additional pieces of equipment. Basically anything that is a project is additional.
